A Small Water Company in Youngtown
We're a local water treatment company serving Youngtown and the West Valley. Our job is simple. Find out what's in your water, explain it so it makes sense, and install the right system if you want one.
We don't push equipment you don't need. Some people call us sure they need a softener and end up with just a drinking water system. Others find their water is fine as it is. Either way, you leave knowing more about your water than you did before.
- License
- Installs done by licensed and insured partner plumbers
- Warranty
- 5-year warranty on installation and labor
What We Install and Test
We do four things. Water testing shows what is actually coming out of your tap. A water softener pulls out the hardness minerals behind white crust on fixtures and a shorter life for your water heater. Whole-home filtration treats water as it enters the house, so the chlorine taste and smell drop out at the shower, the washer and the kitchen alike. Reverse osmosis adds a small faucet at the kitchen sink just for drinking and cooking water.

Whole-Home Filtration
A carbon filter at the main line that takes chlorine taste and smell out of every tap and shower in your home.

Water Softeners
We test your hardness, size a softener to your household, and explain salt, settings and upkeep before anything goes in.

Reverse Osmosis
A small under-sink system that pushes water through a fine membrane for drinking and cooking water, with its own faucet and filters you can change yourself.

Water Testing
A free in-home check of hardness, chlorine, TDS, pH and iron, with each reading put in plain words so you know whether you need equipment at all.
How We Work With You
Most people shopping for a water system get a pitch, not an explanation. We'd rather you understand your water well enough to make the call yourself.
- 01
Test first, then talk options
We run a free water test with zero obligation before we suggest anything. If the results say you don't need a softener, we tell you that.
- 02
Every option in everyday words
Grains of hardness, carbon, resin, membranes. We explain what each one does, what it won't do and what upkeep it needs, so you can compare systems without guessing.
- 03
Partner plumbers do the install
We don't send a salesperson to fit your system. A partner plumber handles the piping, the bypass valve and the drain connection. Install is included with water treatment systems, which means the number we quote already has the labor built in.
- 04
Five years on the labor
Your install is covered by a 5-year warranty on installation and labor. A loose connection or a slow drip at one of the joints during that time is ours to come back and make right.
- 05
What customers say
We have 3 five-star Google reviews so far. We're a small outfit, and we'd rather earn each one than chase numbers.
How a Job Runs, Start to Finish
Four steps, and you know what's next at each one.
- 1
You call us
Tell us what's bugging you about your water. Spots on dishes, crusty showerheads, a chlorine smell, or just wanting to know what you're drinking.
- 2
Free water test
We come out and check a sample from your own tap, right there in the kitchen. Then we go over each reading with you, hardness, chlorine and anything else that looks off, in words that make sense.
- 3
Options and pricing
We lay out what fits and what doesn't, with installed pricing for each. You take whatever time you need to decide.
- 4
Install and walkthrough
A partner plumber puts the system in, checks for leaks and cleans up. Before leaving, we show you how it works, how to add salt or change filters and what to watch for.
What Sets the Cost of a System
Installs vary from house to house. Part of the cost is the equipment, and the rest comes from the plumbing you already have. These are the pieces that shift the total, so the number you hear on the phone adds up.
After your test, we give you installed system pricing by phone, with the equipment and the labor listed separately. We don't schedule anything until you say yes.
- Which system you pick
- A softener, a carbon filter for the whole house and a reverse osmosis unit under the sink are three separate kinds of equipment. Some households need just one, and others run two side by side.
- Capacity for your household
- More people in the house means more water used, so the system has to handle more. We pick the size from your test and your headcount, not by grabbing the largest model available.
- Whether a loop is already there
- Plenty of local garages already have a softener loop plumbed in, so connecting to it is quick. Without one, the plumber runs fresh pipe, and the job takes longer.
- Getting to a drain and outlet
- Softeners and reverse osmosis units have to drain somewhere, and some also plug in. When both are close at hand, the install goes faster.
- Taking out what's there now
- A worn-out softener or a failed filter housing has to be unhooked and carried off before the new equipment goes in. If your home needs that, we'll bring it up on the call.

Questions People Ask Us
Do I really need a water softener?
Maybe. Hard water is common in the West Valley, but how hard it is varies from home to home. White crust on faucets, spotty glasses and a water heater that ticks or rumbles are the usual signs. A free test gives you an actual number, and we'll tell you honestly if a softener is worth it.
What's the difference between a softener and a filter?
A softener swaps out the calcium and magnesium that cause scale. It doesn't change taste much. A carbon filter grabs chlorine and the taste and smell that come with it. Reverse osmosis pushes water through a fine membrane for very clean drinking water at one faucet. Plenty of homes use a softener plus one of the others.
Is my tap water safe to drink?
City water has to meet federal drinking water rules, and most of the time it does. The common complaints are taste, chlorine smell and hardness, not safety. If you're worried about something specific, like older pipes in your home, a test is the way to find out instead of guessing.
What does the free water test check, and is there a catch?
We check hardness, chlorine and the basics that tell us how your water behaves in your home. It's a free water test with zero obligation. You get the results explained either way, and you don't owe us anything.
Is installation extra?
No. Install is included with water treatment systems. When we give you installed system pricing, it covers the equipment and putting it in.
What warranty comes with the system itself?
Qualifying systems come with a lifetime warranty on the system tanks. We'll tell you which systems qualify when we go over your options by phone.
How much upkeep does a system need?
It depends on the system. A softener needs salt added every so often. Carbon filters and reverse osmosis filters get swapped on a schedule, and the membrane lasts longer than the prefilters. We show you how to do all of it at the walkthrough.
